Oh my goodness, I just got my Engwe M20 and I absolutely love it! It's so much fun to ride around town. The fat tires make it feel super stable and the electric assist is a game changer for hills. I recently purchased the Engwe P26 and wanted to share my experience. Ordering was straightforward on their website, though I found navigating the accessory section a little clunky. The bike arrived in about 6 business days, which was within the estimated window. Packaging was robust, and the bike was well-protected. Assembly required attaching the front wheel, handlebars, seat, and pedals. The included tools were sufficient, but a torque wrench would have been helpful for some bolts. The build quality feels good for the price point; the frame is sturdy, and the components seem decent. The ride is comfortable, and the motor provides ample assistance for my daily commute. I did have a small issue with the front light being a bit loose, but it was easily tightened. Battery life has been as advertised so far. Nice bike, minor issues
I bought the Engwe Engine Pro. The bike itself is fantastic for the price; the fat tires handle everything and the motor assist is strong. Delivery took about a week, which was reasonable. My only real gripe is that the instructions for assembly were a bit sparse, I had to watch a couple of YouTube videos to be sure I was doing it right.
